PS100 and PS140 Structural Aluminum Profile
- These are light structural aluminum profiles designed for large stable framing applications
- The profiles have ribbing to make them stiffer for large machine frames and enclosures - see the bending moments
- The clear anodized finish provides good looks and protection.
- Available in 3m lengths or cut to 250mm increments as standard
- Custom lengths available for a small cut charge
- NOTE: Center holes can be tapped for levelling feet or castors
- 5.5mm Ø cavities can be tapped for M6 thread
- The 3.4mm cavities in the PS 140 extrusion can be tapped for M4 thread
- Center of PS 100 can be tapped for M12 thread
- Center of PS 140 can be tapped for M16 thread
- These extrusions use the T nuts for Structural Profiles
