Side Enclosure Profiles
Make a Custom Enclosure in Minutes!!
- These extrusions make up 2 parallel sides of customized enclosure
- Stamdard sheet stock of thickness 1.6mm or 1/16" make up the other 2 sides
- A full enclosure requires a front and rear panel to hold enclosure together
- The length is controlled by the length of the extrusion - up to 3m long.
- Available in standard lengths of 1, 2 and 3m with custom cuts available.
- A built in card guide is designed to hold 1.6mm or 1/16" thick circuit boards with Eurocard widths of 100 mm.and any length
- The 42mm side profile can accomodate 1/16" or 3/32" thick circuit boards
- The 56mm side profile can accomodate 1/16" thick circuit boards
- Corner "cross" is designed for M3 tap or M3 self-tapping screw
- The enclosure is held together by the face plates which are screwed to the corners with M3 screws.
- Access for repairs or assembly is very easy - just remove front or rear panel and slide out the top or bottom
- The aluminum extrusion sides have a natural cooling effect
